Matt is a Dublin, California native. He was a three-year varsity pitcher at Dublin High School, receiving all-league honors in his junior and senior seasons as a starter, twice named the team’s Most Outstanding Pitcher and Most Valuable Player in 2014. As a young player he was fortunate to be coached by former major leaguers such as Brad Wellman (SF Giants) and Chris Dean (Seattle Mariners). He is excited to work with young athletes who want to maximize their potential as he has done throughout his career.
