Training Schedule

Group 1

• Tuesdays: 7:00–8:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 7:00–8:00 PM
• Sundays: 9:00–10:00 AM

Group 2

• Tuesdays: 8:00–9:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 8:00–9:00 PM
• Sundays: 10:00–11:00 AM

Group 3

• Tuesdays: 9:00–10:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 9:00–10:00 PM
• Sundays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
