Work with 503 coaches on the fundamentals of hitting. This class includes video analysis of the players swing, lower half activation drills, bat path and connection drills, and more.

Fundamental progression that focuses on consistent balance and proper posture:

• Upper body sequencing
• Locking in the front shoulder
• What does a proper load look like?
• Beginning of swing path
• Movement of head and when head stops moving
• Position of hands inside the ball

Age Groups:
Ages 8-10, two groups

Ages 8-10, Group 1
Every Tuesday
1 hour sessions, 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Ages 8-10, Group 2
Every Thursday, no class Thanksgiving week
1 hour sessions, 4:00pm – 5:00pm
