We only collect personal information through this website when you choose to send it to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, what kind of device they use, and which links they click. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address. We use this in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which record IP addresses and page requests as part of running and securing the site.
Lesson and program booking is handled by Upper Hand, on their own website. When you click through to book, you leave 503baseball.com and anything you enter — including account details and payment information — is collected and stored by Upper Hand under their privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your card number.
Donations to the 503 Baseball Foundation are handled by DonorBox, embedded on our Foundation page. Donation and payment details go to DonorBox and their payment processor under their own policies.
Pages showing our location embed Google Maps. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when those maps load.
We share information only with the services that make the site work:
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
Most of our athletes are under 18. Registration and enquiry forms on this site are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, not by the athlete. We collect information about a young athlete only so that we can deliver the lessons and programs their family has signed up for, and we do not use it for advertising. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent’s involvement, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep contact form messages and registration details for as long as we need them to run the programs you signed up for and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your information removed, ask us.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.
This site is served over HTTPS. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can go through our contact page or by calling 503-703-4778.
