These are the official Oregon high school rules and timelines:
• Fall Workouts End: November 13, 2025 🍂
• Winter Workouts Begin: January 6, 2026 ❄️
• Training Limits: Max 3 days/week, up to 6 hours/week ⏱️
• High School Tryouts: March 2–5, 2026 📝⚾
This creates a 7–8 week gap with no structured team work. Players lose timing, strength, confidence, and momentum fast.
That’s where 503 Baseball steps in.
We keep athletes training, improving, and hitting tryouts in peak form.
