OSAA High School Workout Guidelines (Not 503 Baseball Dates)

These are the official Oregon high school rules and timelines:

Fall Workouts End: November 13, 2025 🍂
Winter Workouts Begin: January 6, 2026 ❄️
Training Limits: Max 3 days/week, up to 6 hours/week ⏱️
High School Tryouts: March 2–5, 2026 📝⚾

This creates a 7–8 week gap with no structured team work. Players lose timing, strength, confidence, and momentum fast.

That’s where 503 Baseball steps in.
We keep athletes training, improving, and hitting tryouts in peak form.

Phase 1: Pre-Holiday Training & Assessment 🎯

Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:00–8:00 PM
Saturdays: 5:00–6:00 PM

The first phase is all about getting a baseline and building player-specific improvement plans.

Includes:
• Batted-ball velocity & pull-down MPH testing 💥
• Slow-motion video analysis 🎥
• Mechanics assessment + correction ⚙️

Phase 2: High-Intensity Pre-Tryout Training 💪⚡

Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:00–8:00 PM

This phase builds speed, explosiveness, confidence, and game-ready instincts.

Training Focus:

  1. Increase arm velocity & bat speed 🚀

  2. Improve footwork & glove work 🧤

  3. Mental toughness, breathing, visualization 🧠
