We are excited to host multiple days of Pitching & Hitting Clinics in November and December for athletes ages 9–14. These small-group sessions are designed to sharpen mechanics, improve fundamentals, and build confidence on the mound and at the plate.

Each day / session is a SEPARATE registration. Each clinic day will follow the schedule below. Click the link at the bottom of the page to register for your age and skill specific groups!

Pitching

  • Creating Hip-to-shoulder separation
  • Importance of a strong glove side
  • Drill progressions to develop a clean and repeatable delivery.

Hitting

  • Getting into a strong position at foot strike
  • Utilize the lower half to develop a short and compact swing.
