Training Overview:
Fundamental progression that will focus on natural throwing motion mechanics using slow motion video analysis.

  1. Video Analysis, Core strengthening, shoulder stabilization, Arm Care
  2. Intro into Long Toss Progression and pull downs, Stride importance
  3. Throwing progression, introduction to flat ground, accuracy drills
  4. Velocity measurements, grip options, and secondary pitches
