INSTRUCTOR: GEHRIG RICHINS
Our Strength and Conditioning Training will incorporate:
The program teaches athletes to move more efficiently through postural and form corrections, patterned movement skills and movement coordination. As athletes improve in these areas, they will increase rotational power for hitting and throwing, lateral quickness, explosiveness, deceleration ability, overall speed and more.
Our Strength and Conditioning Training will also focus on building overall athletic strength and power through training
movement and not simply muscle.
Our training methods utilize multi-joint movements to enhance strength and power applicable to complex sport movement. We train neuromuscular coordination, core stability and strength, joint stability, and sequential muscle firing for coordinated, strong and powerful movements. We focus on maximizing an athlete’s strength-to-weight
ratio for increased performance in their sport.
We are currently looking for serious athletes who will work hard during every minute of training, and are willing to commit to this program in order to see amazing results. This program is intended to be baseball specific to enhance performance and results.
We’ll help your athlete hit the ball farther, throw harder, and run faster!
503 Baseball Academy will once again offer the SPEED, STRENGTH, and AGILITY Training this Fall.
