We continue to receive a lot of interest in teaching younger players how to properly take care of their arms while increasing arm strength which will result in players throwing harder, safely. This training will build up arm strength for more future advanced classes. Arm care is one of the most important aspects for a baseball players health and success. This class will include band work, plyo ball routines, med ball core workouts, shoulder stabilization drills, long toss progressions, and much more.

Training will be conducted every Tuesdays and Saturdays for 60 minutes each training Day.
