CO-OWNER/INSTRUCTOR - Pitching

Tim Driscoll brings a wealth of baseball experience and leadership to 503 Baseball, shaped by both his playing career and his professional achievements. Growing up in Southern California, Tim developed a love for the game early on, which led him to play as a pitcher at Glendale Community College. He then earned a spot at Central Michigan University, where he became a key member of the baseball program. As a starting pitcher for two years, Tim helped lead his team to two Mid-American Conference (MAC) championships, advancing to the NCAA Division playoffs. His junior year was particularly notable, as he earned an ERA ranked among the top 20 in the nation and received the prestigious Mid-American All-Academic Award for his excellence on the field and in the classroom.

After completing his collegiate baseball career, Tim transitioned into the corporate world, achieving significant success as a Vice President/General Manager for Enterprise Holdings. Despite his professional commitments, he never lost his passion for the game and turned his attention to coaching youth baseball. Over the past 15 years, Tim has dedicated himself to developing young athletes, focusing on their growth both as players and as individuals. His coaching resume includes serving as the pitching coach for a 14U World Series Team that reached the finals in 2017, a testament to his ability to mentor and inspire young talent.

Tim currently serves as the Pitching Coach at West Linn High School, where he has played a pivotal role in the team’s success, including their remarkable achievement of winning three consecutive 6A Oregon State Championships. His impact on the program extends beyond team achievements; in just three years as the pitching coach at West Linn, Tim has helped develop four pitchers who have gone on to commit to NCAA Division I collegiate programs. His expertise in pitching mechanics, combined with his ability to build strong relationships with his players, has made him a highly respected figure in the Oregon high school baseball community.

In addition to his role at West Linn High School, Tim is proud to be a co-owner of 503 Baseball, where he continues to shape the future of young athletes. As a coach and mentor, he believes in fostering a positive and challenging environment that encourages players to reach their full potential. Tim’s deep understanding of the game, combined with his business acumen, allows him to bring a unique perspective to 503 Baseball, creating opportunities for young players to excel and achieve their dreams.

Beyond baseball, Tim is a proud father of three, and he enjoys supporting his children’s endeavors. His commitment to family, combined with his passion for baseball, makes him a dedicated and well-rounded leader within the 503 Baseball community. Tim’s journey from a standout collegiate pitcher to a successful business leader and coach embodies the values of hard work, dedication, and a love for the game, making him an invaluable asset to the program and a trusted mentor for aspiring athletes.
