503 Baseball is now offering catching school. This class is specifically designed for athletes that want to train to develop their skills within the following skill sets. Work with Coach Gehrig Richins for 7 weeks on the fundamentals of catching (catcher position). This includes receiving progressions, throwing, drills, and blocking skill development.

Training Overview:

• Proper set up
• Framing / Presentation of the baseball
• Bare hand and Glove drills

• Reaction drills
• Block and recover to throw

• Proper arm care warm up
• Throwing sequence drills 
• Proper foot work
